Merci à l'équipe Europe Energy qui à installé une pompe à chaleur ECS + chauffage pour notre maison à Opio (06). L'équipe à été très professionnelle et respectueuse du logement. Ils ont fait face aux quelques imprévus sans se plaindre. Tout était propre et opérationnel à leur départ. Merci à tous pour le bon boulot!

je suis client chez eux depuis des années et jusque la aucun problèmes, mais depuis quelque temps cela a changé plus de suivi client. Cela fait plus d un mois que j appel pour l entretien de mes 2 pacs de clim et des slips et personne ne répond. Il n y a pas de secrétariat c'est une boite de gestion qui transmet les messages a la maison mère donc impossible d avoir directement la société. voila donc un mois que je débat avec le standard qui me renpond qu ils transmettent et 1 mois que personne ne me répond le hic c'est que j arrive en fin de garanti doit on y voir un lien de cause ???????

There is no secretarial service, it is a management company that forwards messages to the parent company, so it is impossible to contact the company directly. So for a month I have been debating with the switchboard, which tells me that they are forwarding them, and for a month no one answers me. The problem is that I am coming to the end of my warranty.
